There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter a competition or giveaway.

Only one entry will be accepted per person, unless stated otherwise.
After the closing date, no further entries to the competition or giveaway will be permitted.
RaceShare accepts no responsibility for entries not being received for any reason.
RaceShare reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition for any event outside of our control. Any changes will be clearly detailed on RaceShare's social media channels.
Prizes are subject to availability and RaceShare reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.
Prizes are non-transferable and if for any reason the prize cannot be fulfilled, there is no cash equivalent offered.
Where prizes involve syndicate share giveaways, RaceShare will contact the winner and ask for their personal details in order to assign a share to them. Via the giveaway, the winner becomes an owner of that share and thereby agrees to RaceShare’s T&Cs.
The winner will be notified by RaceShare's official social media account by email and/or DM on Twitter/Facebook/Instagram and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The winner of a competition or giveaway agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
RaceShare will provide details of how to collect the prize to the competition winner.
RaceShare competitions and giveaways are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network.
RaceShare's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
RaceShare competitions are open to UK & Ireland residents and must be aged 18 years or over, excluding RaceShare employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
All competition winners will be contacted only by our official RaceShare accounts on each social media platform. Entrants must beware of being contacted by spam accounts at all times.
