Robusto lands his first win for RaceShare owners!

Robusto scored for the first time in RaceShare silks at Kempton yesterday- in front of many of his owners enjoying a private box facility for the evening- and we are delighted that he has now delivered on his previous promise.

Ridden by Saffie Osborne, it was a thrilling- yet agonising- home straight hoping he would hold on as the others behind challenged, but he was so brave battling on valiantly and simply refusing to give in.

Although Rob was already proven on the all-weather, it was something of a step into the unknown as he was exploring the two-mile trip for the first time, yet he clearly stayed the extended distance very well and this opens many more opportunities for him over the coming months.

As Saffie noted in her post-race debrief, our boy could’ve done with a better pace to aim at, as she felt he was pulling up in front having been in the lead for so long. This gives us every encouragement that he might still be ahead of the handicapper after this!
