Introducing Marlacoo...

We are excited to announce the launch of our newest RaceShare 100 syndicate horse, Marlacoo, who was an impressive bumper debut winner at Down Royal in Northern Ireland, in early May this year. He will be trained by a new addition to the RaceShare roster, Tom Lacey, and will make his debut over hurdles this autumn. Please click opposite to watch the promo video.

Our RaceShare 100 syndicates are limited to just 100 shares, resulting in a much smaller group of owners. Owners are guaranteed a place at stable visits, have direct contact with their own racing manager and are invited to Zoom calls with their trainer where their horse’s prospects are discussed.

Marlacoo was an £85,000 purchase from the Tattersalls Cheltenham May Sale 2024 and was bought in conjunction with renowned bloodstock agent Anthony Bromley, who said:

“Marlacoo had been on my target list ever since he had shown a smart turn of foot to win his bumper at Down Royal and I was thrilled to secure him at the Cheltenham sale soon afterwards for the RaceShare team. He is only four and, despite some signs of babiness in the race, once he saw some clear daylight in the straight he shot clear from some well fancied horses. He is a really athletic, medium-sized type, who I think will thrive with another summer on his back and I cannot wait to see him on the track this autumn.”

The Racing Post were also impressed by his performance, reporting:

“He quickened up well in the last half-furlong to beat a fellow newcomer with a good reputation.”
