Further success for Treasure Time's half-siblings

Deceiver's win at Kempton Park Racecourse for the Kubler training team yesterday evening marked further success for Treasure Time's dam Penny Drops, as all her racing-age progeny have now enjoyed victories.

Racehorses are considered half-siblings when they share the same dam (Mum), and subsequently all of Penny Drops's progeny are half-siblings to RaceShare's own Treasure Time. The oldest of her racing-age progeny, Badri, by Dark Angel, continues to enjoy success for trainer Ruth Carr, already winning twice in 2023 at Newcastle, whilst Equality, by Equiano and in training with Charlie Hills, won twice over 5f last year. Her 2019 foal by Outstrip, Outgate, has enjoyed four career victories and was recently sold to Hong Kong after the Kubler training team told the Racing Post earlier in 2022 that they had received "telephone number" offers. The Kublers also train Deceiver, who held off Ed Dunlop's Cue's Beau and George Boughey's Naaser to win the Unibet 3 Uniboosts A Day Restricted Novice Stakes by a length.

It marks a full-circle moment for William Haggas that he now trains Treasure Time, as he also trained his dam Penny Drops. William had already shared with RaceShare owners, via video' update, that Penny Drops was "fast, strong and did very well" whilst racing and has since become "an even better broodmare and bred some really smart horses.

Treasure Time's sire Time Testraced in both the UK and America, and has since sired Group winners Crypto Force, Rocchigiani and Romantic Time.

Owners have received regular updates on Treasure Time, including photos and videos from the team, and William Haggas is happy with how he is progressing. He currently holds an early closing entry for the Weatherbys Scientific £300,000 2-Y-O Stakes at Doncaster during the St Leger Festival in September, a race previously won by the likes of Harrow and King's Lynn - the only entry from the Haggas stable. Shares are still available for just £46.
