Treasure Time all set for Sandown Treasure Time all set for Sandown

Treasure Time, the apple of many a RaceShare owner's eye, makes his highly-anticipated seasonal debut at Sandown this Saturday, July 5. Thoroughly unlucky to not get a run at Royal Ascot, he’ll need to be at the top of his game in a competitive renewal of the Coral Challenge, a Class 2 handicap over a mile.

Plenty of racing fans and punters have had Treasure Time marked as a horse to follow this year, after a seriously impressive 3yo season which saw him win a valuable handicap at York’s Ebor Festival. He then closed 2024 with an unlucky 4th in another hugely competitive handicap at Doncaster's St Leger meeting.

The form of Treasure Time’s York win is outstanding, and there is the hope that Trevor is a well handicapped horse. Trained by the master William Haggas, there should be no concerns about his fitness for his first run and, with Sandown’s galloping course hopefully playing to his strengths, his winning partner Tom Marquand can help give him every chance of kicking off his season in style.
