Spring Stable Visits in Full Swing at RaceShare
One of the greatest pleasures of racehorse ownership is getting up close and personal with your horse at the stables- and hearing all the latest insights directly from your trainer. At RaceShare, we’re committed to hosting two stable visits per horse every year. Our spring visits are now in full swing and it's been a fantastic start!
Last Friday, Red Mirage owners enjoyed a memorable day at the historic Highfield Stables, home of the Quinn father and son duo. ‘Big Red’ was the star of the show- a seasoned professional who happily posed for hours with delighted owners of all ages.
Saturday was a double treat, with visits for Gibbs Island and La Pulga. It was Gibbs Island’s first ever RaceShare stable visit and, following a brilliant debut season over hurdles, his owners were thrilled to see him both on the gallops and back in his stable at Cottage Field Stables.
Meanwhile, a crowd of 70 excited La Pulga owners made the trip to Kingsley Park, the impressive base of trainer Charlie Johnston. Their little warrior looked in fantastic shape as he prepares for what we all hope will be another successful season on the track.
We have already been to see the likes of Robusto (Eve Johnson Houghton), Ann Terr (John & Sean Quinn), Breathe Easy (Andrew Balding) and Marlacoo (Tom Lacey) and for many of them we have been treated to glorious sunshine!
