Robusto & Lir Speciale get set to line up during a scorching week of weather!
We have two runners to look forward to in RaceShare silks in the early part of this week, starting with Robusto, who lines up in the 4:00 at Nottingham on Tuesday afternoon.
The Churchill gelding was last seen finishing a good fourth on turf over two miles, having won over the marathon distance before that on the all-weather at Kempton. He was ridden by Saffie Osborne that day - who is in great form - and will be reunited with her.
Robusto will wear blinkers for the first time in what is a competitive affair, where the three-year-olds receive a healthy weight-for-age allowance, but we look forward to seeing how he gets on.
Lir Speciale is our RaceShare x Racing TV partnership horse and he heads to the scene of Robusto's victory - Kempton Park Racecourse - for his next race on Wednesday in the 6:30.
He has run some solid races in defeat so far this year and wasn't beaten far over a testing 7f at Newmarket last time out. He returns to the all-weather, where he has some of his best form, so we are hopeful of a good performance.
