Racing Together Industry Day

Friday 10 February 2023
Racing Together Industry Day

Ash and Olivia from the RaceShare team were thrilled to attend the Racing Together Industry Day at Ascot Racecourse on February 9, where individuals from many different areas of racing came together to discuss why community engagement is at the heart of racing’s future strategy.

It was fascinating to hear speakers from cricket and football offer insight into how their respective sports are engaging with local communities to get a wider range of people involved. Additionally, it was great to learn more about initiatives such as Racing to School and National Racehorse Week and how they are reaching more people and growing education and interest in horse racing.

Racing Together also have a brilliant webinar series, which feature a guest panel from across and outside racing and are designed to start and accelerate conversations on key topics.

As a syndicate offering racehorse ownership at a more affordable price, we are passionate about reaching new audiences and contributing to the growth, development and participation in our sport. We hope that for many of our owners, RaceShare will be their entry into learning more about and accessing our sport, and therefore it is important for us to make sure that their journey of racehorse ownership is as enjoyable as possible!

We’re looking forward to our first stable visit of 2023, which will provide Red Mirage’s owners and their guests insight into a racehorse’s day-to-day routine, the trainer’s operation and allow them to get up close to their own racehorse.

If you have any questions or comments do get in touch with the team on info@raceshare.com.
