Our second winner!

We were delighted to register our second RaceShare winner courtesy of the game La Pulga, on Thursday, June 8 in the 4:10 at Hamilton. Our son of Kodiac made all the running under Joe Fanning in a four-runner affair, for which he was sent off second favourite. 

When he was joined by the 11/10 favourite, Thermoscope, at the three furlong pole it looked as though the favourite might then go and put pressure on our boy, but approaching the two furlong pole, La Pulga stepped up a gear and quickly saw off the challenge of the favourite, who began to backpedal. From there, it was a matter of how far he would win by, as La Pulga cruised through the gears, extending his advantage all the way to the line and recording a four and a quarter length victory over the other three runners, who all finished in a bunch for second. 

La Pulga will be raised in the handicap for this victory, but that means he has better prospects of getting into more valuable races and we can't wait for his next few starts and the rest of the season with him. Congratulations to all his owners!
