Mr McLoughlan

Mr McLoughlan made the perfect start for RaceShare when- as a well-backed favourite- he was an impressive winner of a Hexham handicap hurdle in October on seasonal debut. Travelling and jumping well throughout the race, he looked the winner some way from home and only needed minimal encoragement to put the race to bed.

He now looks a seriously interesting prospect for valuable handicap hurdles this winter and we certainly have the Cheltenham Festival as a long term target, with a chasing career to look forward to in the future.

Mr McLoughlan was bought at the Doncaster Horse-in-Training Sale in May by renowned bloodstock investor, Patrick Veitch, who described him as well-handicapped and his pick of the sale ‘by a country mile’.

Trainer Adran Keatley is based in Malton, North Yorkshire and a new addition to the RaceShare roster. He is a quality up-and-coming dual purpose handler, who operates at an excellent strike rate.

He is best known for the campaigning of Irish 1,000 Guineas winner Jet Setting back in 2016 and has had other big race success since with the likes of Symbol Of Strength (Group 3), Francisco’s Piece, Secret Hideaway, Ballymount Boy and Chairmanfourtimes (all Listed winners). But crucially, he has an outstanding record for improving horses, with Kihavah and Aisling Oscar, horses you may know well, both having improved around 40 pounds on the ratings they achieved with previous trainers.

The Costs

This is a 100 share syndicate with a share price of £850, based on an updated valuation of £85,000.

From November 1st 2026, there will be a monthly payment of £55 per share, with an initial commitment to January 1, 2028, payable by direct debit (reductions available for multiple shares - see below for a full breakdown).

What do the monthly fees cover?

All training, veterinary, transport & racing (entries, jockey & VAT services) costs, plus RaceShare’s service fee for the management of the syndicate, with no hidden or additional charges.

What to expect as an owner

There are many aspects to owning with RaceShare, but these include:

• Very strong prospects of an owner's badge. To date, on over 95% of occasions, owners in our 100-share syndicates have all received an owner’s badge.
• Guaranteed place for you at each stable visit
• Direct contact with your own Racing Manager
• Calls with your trainer
• Invitation to a day at the races with the RaceShare team in attendance, along with Patrick Veitch, with whom there will also be a biannual Zoom Q&A
• If you purchase a 25% stake in a horse, you have the option to be included on the racecard as a co-owner.
