This stunning yearling filly was bought for €45,000 from the Tattersalls Ireland September Yearling Sale by Karl Burke - who retains a 25% share - and she is being offered as part of a new 100-share syndicate. We were keen to have a horse with Karl and this filly came out very strongly on Patrick Veitch’s algorithm, particularly with an almost maximum compatibility rating between the sire and dam. Her sire, Hello Youmzain, won twice at Group 1 level - the Diamond Jubilee at Royal Ascot and the Haydock Sprint Cup. He is a young sire whose oldest crop is aged four, and he’s already produced a host of Group winners.

This filly is the first foal out of dual winner Gloria F whose dam, Speronella, has produced seven winners from her first seven foals, mostly highly rated, including Group 3 winner Thunderbear and Listed placed Atena Acquaviva. There is a whole host of black type on the page, including the likes of Group 3 winner and Group 1 placed Rosinka, Group 2 winner Move Up and Group 1 winner King’s Drama. Nightime and Ghaiyyath are also very familiar names within the pedigree.

Karl is a massive overachiever on Patrick’s ratings and one of the country's elite trainers. He is outperforming yards across the board that have much higher quality tackle than him and has been responsible for the likes of Group 1 winners Quiet Reflection and Laurens, along with Havana Grey, Unfortunately and El Caballo. The list goes on, but more recently, he has sent out Fallen Angel, Venetian Sun (bought by Patrick) and Royal Champion to win at the highest level, among many more in Pattern company.

The costs

This is a 100 share syndicate with an initial share price of £527, consisting of the purchase price of the horse at £415 per share (includes 6% Tattersalls commission), plus all costs until December 1, 2026.

From this date, there will be a monthly payment of £56, with an initial commitment to May 1, 2028, payable by direct debit (reductions available for multiple shares - see our website for a full breakdown).

What do the monthly fees cover?

All training, veterinary, transport & racing (entries, jockey & VAT services) costs, plus RaceShare’s service fee for the management of the syndicate, with no hidden or additional charges.

What to expect as an owner

There are many aspects to owning with RaceShare, but these include:
